Qualifications

• 7+ years deploying machine learning algorithms for analytics‑driven digital transformations.
• 3+ years of experience in people management, leading teams in AI and data projects.
• Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead diverse teams with insights-led approaches to respond to evolving market needs.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring successful execution of AI and data projects.
• Drive growth and innovation within the AI practice.
• Present data-driven strategies to senior business leaders and influence decision making.
• Advise business leaders with compelling, data-driven strategies that exceed expectations.
• Communicate insights effectively, delivering reports and presentations to stakeholders.
