Datacom is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across New Zealand and Australia. You will lead complex programmes from inception through delivery, ensuring outcomes meet quality, value, and performance standards.

The role involves governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating multi-platform IT environments, with a focus on AI delivery and transformative technology projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programmes in a customer environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI-related programmes is advantageous.
• Ability to manage budgets, benefits realisation and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and oversee governance & delivery.
• Lead project design, planning, scheduling for applications and infrastructure.
• Define, source, and manage resources; monitor budgets and performance.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; manage changes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage vendor contracts.
• Oversee business continuity planning and health & safety compliance.
• Lead software development phases from requirements analysis to implementation.
