Job summary

Adaptiv, Auckland's data consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple Data & Analytics initiatives for enterprise clients across New Zealand and Australia. You will partner with Data Engineers, Solution Architects and Consultants to deliver Azure, Databricks and AI-driven data solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering IT, Data, Cloud or Digital Transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and planning capability.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple Data & Analytics projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Facilitate project governance and reporting.
• Coordinate project resources across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure successful project delivery from initiation through to completion.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks and delivery milestones.
• Manage client expectations through proactive communication.
• Support pre-sales activities where required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Manage project financials and reporting.
• Support resource planning and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing maturity of Adaptiv’s Project Management Office.
