Job summary

Fulton Hogan Limited is seeking a role focused on turning digital ideas into actions to enhance how teams across the Northland region use AI and smarter tools. You will help shape adoption of AI, digital platforms and smarter ways of working in a busy office environment, bridging technical capability and everyday operations.

You’ll collaborate with leaders to understand needs, recommend practical solutions, and supported adoption—from concept to rollout—while building confidence and new skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital/innovation/tech support role using AI tools in a business setting.
• Ability to explain technical ideas in plain language and build trust with colleagues of varying digital confidence.
• Proactive, practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Willingness to learn fast and guide others through new tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Identify, trial and implement AI tools, digital platforms and automation opportunities that improve business processes.
• Work with leaders and teams to understand needs and turn ideas into action.
• Turn ideas into practical action by supporting innovation projects from concept through rollout and adoption.
• Support the rollout of digital systems, process improvements and workflow documentation across units.
• Provide training, guidance and day-to-day support to build confidence with digital tools.
• Monitor emerging technology with a practical focus on value, safety and quality.
