Fulton Hogan Ltd in Christchurch is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to build practical AI capability across ANZ. You’ll create learning material, guides, prompt libraries and session content to help teams use approved AI tools safely and effectively.

In this permanent full-time role you’ll work with Learning and Development and Communications, shape the rollout of AI content, and support AI Adoption Specialists with ready-to-use toolkits and metrics to improve capability uplift.
