Job summary

The Warehouse Group (TWG) is looking for an AI Adoption Specialist to join their growing Data & AI team based in Auckland. This role involves delivering and scaling the AI adoption program, turning priorities into clear communications and reusable content.

You will coordinate workshops, webinars, and maintain content libraries while supporting internal teams in using AI tools. Exposure to technology and meaningful projects awaits you in a culture that values collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee communities or learning groups is essential.
• Proven track record of creating clear communication content across multiple channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information current and searchable.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver and scale AI adoption programme across The Warehouse Group.
• Create newsletters, videos, case studies, and campaigns that support AI adoption.
• Build and maintain SharePoint knowledge hubs, prompt libraries, and FAQs.
• Coordinate AI showcases, webinars, workshops, and other learning events.
• Monitor adoption activity and gather feedback to improve future enablement.
