Job summary

Tribe Group is building a growing Digital team to deliver practical AI and automation outcomes in production. You will design and deliver AI-enabled workflows, integrations and internal tools, emphasizing scalable and maintainable solutions that go beyond sólo experiments.

In Auckland, this role partners with senior stakeholders to turn needs into delivery, uplifting AI capability and reusable automation assets across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI/automation in production.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem skills: Azure, Fabric, Power Platform.
• Engineering capability with .NET/SQL and scripting (Python/PowerShell).
• Integration mindset: APIs, workflow automation, maintainable design patterns.
• Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Microsoft ecosystem skills: Azure + Fabric + Power Platform exposure
• Engineering capability with .NET/SQL and/or scripting (e.g., Python/PowerShell)
• Integration mindset: APIs, workflow automation, maintainable design patterns
• Confident communicator who can work across technical + non-technical teams
