Alignerr is seeking an AI Data Trainer to stress-test language models on deep technical topics and help shape how AI reasons about hardware and systems. This fully remote freelance role requires engineering expertise to deliver high-impact, reference-quality solutions.

You will design complex engineering challenges, author ground-truth solutions with assembly and HDL, audit AI outputs for accuracy, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Qualifications

• Academically qualified with a Master’s or PhD in Computer Engineering, CS (hardware focus), or related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in computer architecture, embedded systems, digital logic, or operating systems.
• Clear written communication of complex hardware concepts and low-level software logic.
• Detail-oriented with precision in bit-level operations and timing.
• No prior AI experience required; engineering expertise matters more.

Responsibilities

• Design complex engineering challenges spanning RISC‑V/ARM, FPGA, memory management, and more.
• Author ground-truth solutions with assembly, HDL snippets, and diagrams for AI training.
• Audit AI-generated technical content (C/C++, OS kernels, logic designs) for accuracy and standards.
• Provide structured feedback to refine AI reasoning and fix identified issues.
