Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the eShepherd team in Hamilton, New Zealand. You will support planning, scheduling, documentation and stakeholder alignment across engineering, production and NPI projects.

You’ll coordinate smaller projects from scope through closure, help with testing readiness, and ensure risks are visible and actions are tracked as the product moves toward production. This hands-on role suits someone who values structure and momentum.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience coordinating or supporting projects.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using project tracking software such as MS Project.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and documentation.
• Coordinate smaller projects from planning through closure.
• Track actions, milestones, risks and project progress.
• Support design verification and product validation activities.
• Prepare meeting notes and status updates.
