Job summary

Gallagher's eShepherd team in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering, production and new product introduction projects.

You will work with the Project Manager and cross‑functional teams across R&D, operations and manufacturing, keeping plans, information and risks visible to keep work moving.

This hands‑on role suits someone who values structure, detail and momentum and wants to be close to real product development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience coordinating or supporting projects.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Confident in maintaining schedules, actions and project documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Support project scopes, business cases and success criteria.
• Coordinate smaller projects from planning through to closure.
• Track actions, milestones, risks and progress.
• Support design verification and product validation activities.
• Help coordinate NPI, BOM changes and production readiness.
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates and action registers.
