Job summary

Power Farming in Auckland (Pukekohe) is seeking a Service Advisor who is organized and customer-focused to join our team. You will coordinate workshop bookings, workflow and administration while keeping customers informed throughout service and repair processes.

You will work with the Service Manager, technicians and parts/sales teams to ensure timely updates, invoicing and warranty claims, while maintaining accurate records and high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in an administration position.
• Strong general administration and data-entry skills.
• Confidence using computerised processing and business systems.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines weekly/monthly.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
• Flexibility to take on new or changing tasks as required.
• Experience in a workshop or agricultural environment, bookkeeping knowledge is advantageous.
