Job summary

FMG is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Palmerston North team on a fixed-term basis through to March 2028. Based in our Palmerston North office, you will assess and document requirements, define new processes, facilitate workshops, create backlogs and support the Business Analysis practice.

To succeed, you will bring at least 2 years of BA experience in an agile environment, excellent communication, strong relationship-building, and a problem-solving mindset, with experience in insurance

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with agile delivery of software projects.
• Experience within the Insurance industry and/or Guidewire.
