- 2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst relevant to technology-enabled business transformation.
- Strong ability to document and analyse business processes and translate needs into requirements.
- Experience supporting testing, training design, and user adoption activities.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and analyse processes.
- Facilitate workshops and user design sessions.
- Prepare business cases, recommendations, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
- Support change impact assessments, business readiness, and user adoption.
- Develop process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
