Job summary

Endura Mining is seeking an Agi Operator to safely manage underground agitator trucks and related equipment, delivering paste fill and backfill to specified underground locations.

You will perform pre-start checks, monitor equipment and material quality, and communicate delivery schedules with the Paste Crew and Supervisors while prioritising health and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience required.
• Experience operating underground agitator trucks or heavy mining equipment.
• Current manual driver licence.
• Ability to work a 7/7 roster including days and nights.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance.

The Agi Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground agitator trucks and associated equipment to deliver paste fill, aggregate, shotcrete materials and other backfilling materials to designated underground work areas.

Working closely with Paste Crew, Paste Plant, Production and Development teams, the Agi Operator plays a key role in supporting underground production activities by ensuring materials are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with operational requirements.

Job responsibilities

• Safely operate underground agitator (Agi) trucks and associated mobile equipment.
• Transport and deliver paste fill, aggregate, shotcrete and backfill products to designated underground locations.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks prior to operation.
• Monitor agitator performance and material quality during transport and delivery.
• Ensure safe operation in accordance with site traffic management plans and underground operating procedures.
• Maintain communication with Paste Crew, Paste Plant Operators, Supervisors and underground personnel regarding delivery schedules and operational requirements.
• Identify and report equipment faults, hazards and operational issues.
• Assist with paste fill and backfill activities as directed.
• Complete routine operator maintenance and equipment servicing requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping for equipment and work areas.
• Support underground production and development teams in achieving operational objectives.
• Operate equipment in a manner that maximises productivity whilst maintaining safe operating practices

About you

• Previous underground mining experience.
• Demonstrated experience operating underground agitator trucks or similar heavy mining equipment.
• Current Manual Driver Licence.
• Sound understanding of underground mining operations and haulage activities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise operational requirements.
• Strong awareness of underground traffic management and hazard identification.
