Oceania Healthcare Ltd in Wellington's Heretaunga Village is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide full-scope nursing care within a nurse-led service. You will assess needs, coordinate daily care, and apply clinical judgment to residents and families.

You will lead care teams, build strong relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with allied health professionals. A NZ Annual Practising Certificate is required, with rostered shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• You must hold a NZ Annual Practising Certificate and be currently registered.
• Excellent communication and handover skills are essential.
• Ability to assess, plan and coordinate resident care with autonomy.
