Job summary

Oceania’s Gracelands Village in Hawke's Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide full-scope clinical care within a nurse-led service. You will coordinate daily care, perform comprehensive assessments, and exercise autonomy in decision-making.

You will build strong relationships with residents and families, lead care staff, and collaborate with allied health professionals. The role includes evening shifts and a competitive hourly rate with ongoing learning and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• NZ Annual Practising Certificate required.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Experience using clinical systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings on a roster.
