• Experience in a clinical environment with an aged care focus in New Zealand.
• Strong leadership, people development and performance management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the care centre and lead the care team.
• Staffing, budgeting, and compliance accountability.
• Coach and develop Nurses and Caregivers; recruit and recognise talent.
• Foster relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders (NASC, Te Whatu Ora).
• Support clinical decision-making and maintain quality care.
