We’re on the lookout for an inspirational and experienced Care Centre Manager to lead our Whanganui village care team. You’ll play a critical role in building a high-performing team of Nurses and Caregivers, and ensure we continue to deliver the exceptional care we’re known for.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some occasional on-call responsibilities that include weekends and nights.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll be responsible for the care centre’s daily operations and strategic leadership, including:
You’ll bring experience in a clinical environment with a deep understanding of the aged care sector and Te Whatu Ora standards. You’ll be an experienced manager with solid aged care experience in New Zealand, ready for a new challenge, you’ll be passionate about leading people, driving quality outcomes, and making a real difference.
You’re someone who leads with empathy, builds trust, and can bring out the best in others. You’re confident balancing people leadership with operational management, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
