sKids is seeking an Assistant Programme Manager in New Zealand’s Auckland region. You’ll be the friendly face delivering memorable mornings and afternoons for Tamariki, working a minimum of 10 hours per week, with shifts from 2.30pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You’ll lead programmes, supervise activities, and coordinate Assistants to deliver safe, engaging sessions across school sites, while maintaining strong parent and school relationships.

Competenze

• Right to work in New Zealand (visa or citizenship).
• Ability to reach Peninsula site with reliable transport.
• Experience leading or organising after school programmes or similar child services.
• Demonstrated leadership to inspire tamariki and staff.

• Run sKids programmes day-to-day from setup to operations with school communities.
• Supervise activities: arts, sports, games, offsite adventures, baking, drama, music.
• Lead safe, engaging sessions and ensure smooth operations.
