AtNorthpower, we're on a journey to improve how we work, and we're looking for a BusinessAnalyst to help drive that change. Reporting to the Strategic InitiativesProgramme Manager and working closely with Network, Asset Management,Operations and Digital teams, you'll act as the bridge between our businessteams and Digital team, helping identify opportunities, improve processes, anddeliver solutions that support Northpower's strategic goals. You'll workclosely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, gatherrequirements, facilitate workshops, analyse processes, and guide initiativesfrom concept through to implementation. Major initiatives includethe delivery of a GIS Replacement Programme, records management improvements,and other strategic business transformation initiatives.
This is avaried role where you'll be involved in process improvement, business analysis,change management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. You'll helpdocument current and future state processes, support user testing and training,and ensure business outcomes remain at the centre of every solution.
