Our goal is to improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders by delivering equitable, accessible and innovative care.**About the Role**As an Administration Coordinator NCSP Register, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support, input and update NCSP register information, enabling the team and wider service to deliver cervical screening complying to the NCSP guidelines effectively. This role will include a variety of tasks relating the NCSP Register and pathways to cervical screening. You may also be asked to cover general administration tasks such as preparing and distributing documents, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, supporting projects, processing invoices, and assisting with financial and procurement activities.As a key point of contact, the Administration Coordinator NCSP ensures smooth team operations by maintaining effective communication, supporting organisational policies and processes, and managing office resources.
