The University of Otago in Dunedin invites applications for three Administrator roles within the Faculty of Medicine. These on‑campus positions support undergraduate programmes, teaching and shared services, prioritising efficient administration and a positive student and staff experience.

Two full‑time (37.5 hours/week) and one part‑time (30 hours/week) permanent roles are based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. Appointment range is Level 4—$63,508 to $68,185, Top of Range $73,640.

FACULTY OF MEDICINE DUNEDIN | TE KURA WHAIORA A ŌTEPOTI

With several team members progressing into new roles through promotion, exciting opportunities have opened for three Administrators to join our dynamic teams supporting the Faculty of Medicine.

DIVISIONAL SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION | WHAKARATOKA ME NGĀ WHAKARITEKA Ā-WĀHAKA

These high-visibility, on-campus roles are integral to delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences for students and staff. They play a vital role in ensuring teaching activities and administrative operations are executed efficiently, effectively, and seamlessly.

From coordinating undergraduate programme administration to supporting departmental initiatives and operational activities, your work will help create a positive experience for both staff and students. You will also contribute to shared administrative services, including reception, office support, and general administration, while building strong collaborative relationships across the University.
