Massey University - Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa on the Manawatū campus in Palmerston North seeks an Academic Administration Team Lead to lead a team of academic administrators and oversee key processes supporting teaching and governance.
You will combine people leadership with specialist administrative expertise to ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with university requirements. A relevant tertiary qualification and strong leadership are preferred.
The College of Sciences is seeking to employ an Academic Administration Team Lead to join our team based on Massey University's Manawatu campus in Palmerston North. This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
As the Academic Administration Team Lead, you will lead a team of academic administrators to deliver high-quality support across the College's academic programmes and governance activities. Combining people leadership with specialist administrative expertise, you will oversee key academic processes, support student success, and ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with university requirements.

You bring strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative approach to working with a wide range of stakeholders. With a sound understanding of academic processes and quality assurance requirements, you are confident navigating complex environments and driving continuous improvement.

The salary will depend on experience but will be in the range of Grade 6 ($71,274 - $101,329).
