Job summary

Omexom New Zealand seeks an organized Administrator to provide essential support across project administration and day-to-day operations. You will work with internal teams, clients and suppliers to coordinate information and resources for efficient activities.

This role involves supporting contracts and projects, coordinating meetings, and ensuring health and safety compliance in a busy environment. A strong focus on data accuracy and proactive communication is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer and data-entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using systems such as SAP and Workbench.
  • Good numeracy skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for maintenance contracts, projects, connections and installation activities.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to support coordination of work.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and assist with operational requirements such as vehicle servicing and repairs.
  • Provide professional and responsive support when dealing with enquiries from customers, contractors and suppliers.
  • Support a safe and compliant workplace by following health and safety policies and procedures.

Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for a varied role? Join our team and provide essential support across project administration, financial processing and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors and suppliers, helping to coordinate information, documentation and resources to keep activities running efficiently.



  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for maintenance contracts, projects, connections and installation activities.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to support the coordination and prioritisation of work.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and assist with operational requirements such as vehicle servicing and repairs.

  • Provide professional and responsive support when dealing with customer, contractor and supplier enquiries.

  • Support a safe and compliant workplace by following all health and safety requirements, policies, procedures and reasonable instructions.
