We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Community Corrections team in Queenstown. This is a busy and rewarding part-time role where you'll provide essential administrative support to Probation Officers and frontline staff while helping to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
You'll be the first point of contact for people serving community-based sentences, members of the public, service providers, and internal and external stakeholders. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a varied role supporting the Department's goal of reducing re-offending and creating safer communities.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
This part-time role is 20 hours per week, with hours worked on Monday (8:30am-5:00pm) Tuesday and Thursday (8:30am-3:00pm).

The salary range for this position is $61,086 - $64,659 per annum (pro rata). Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
