Education Review Office (ERO) in Christchurch is seeking a part-time administrator for six months to support day-to-day operations. You will book travel, format documents, respond to customer queries and maintain fleet cars.

Salary $60,698 – 69,129 +KiwiSaver (pro-rated for part time)

This role is a part time fixed term (6 months) position based in our Christchurch Office reporting to the Business Support Manager. Your key tasks will include (but not limited to) booking travel, formatting documents, responding to customer queries and maintaining fleet cars. We are looking for someone to work 3 days per week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This will be full time hours 8.30am to 4.30pm in the office. A full driver's licence is essential.
You will be an organised self-starter who relishes working autonomously as well as contributing positively to a high performing team. You will need effective time, the ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive working with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential.
