  • A valid Restricted or Full New Zealand Driver Licence

Responsibilities

  • In this busy and varied role, you will deliver high quality administrative support that enables managers and teams to operate effectively and deliver services to our clients.
  • You will provide day-to-day support across a wide range of administrative functions, helping to keep the site running efficiently.
  • This includes coordinating meetings and bookings, supporting travel and logistics, managing correspondence, maintaining systems and processes, and assisting with site services and supplies.
  • You will also contribute to key operational areas such as health and safety, finance support, fleet coordination, and general site administration.
  • This role is 20 hours per week, with flexibility in how these hours are worked across the week.
