Job summary

Education Review Office (ERO) in Dunedin is seeking an organised administrator to support travel bookings, report formatting, customer queries, and fleet management. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will balance autonomous work with team collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to service delivery.

About this role

This role is a permanent role based in Dunedin reporting to the Business Support Manager. You will be working on a variety of key tasks including booking travel, formatting review reports, responding to customer queries, providing office support and maintaining fleet cars.

About you

You will be a highly organised self-starter and natural relationship builder, who relishes working autonomously as well as contributing positively to a high performing team. You will need effective time management and forward planning to balance meeting deadlines and maintain a high standard of service. The ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive working with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential.
