IHC New Zealand is seeking a professional and organised Administration Assistant in Wellington. This part-time, 20 hours per week, 6-month fixed-term role provides high-quality support across our busy team and offices, including the Office of the Chief Executive, Advocacy and Community Impact functions.

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be part of a small, collaborative business support team that provides administrative support across the Office of the Chief Executive, Advocacy and Community Impact functions.
The team works across these areas of the organisation, supporting leaders and staff with the coordination and administration that keeps things running smoothly. You’ll report to the Operations and Administration Coordinator and work alongside them to provide practical, responsive support across the three functions.
It’s a varied environment where you’ll work with different people, teams and priorities, building relationships across the organisation and helping ensure our administrative processes are organised, timely and effective

The salary for this role is $53,000 - $67,000 pro rated.
