About the Role
Are you an organised and compassionate administrator who enjoys bringing people and processes together? We’re looking for enthusiastic Administration Support team members to join our exciting Child Health Integrated Response Pathway (CHIRP) team.
Project CHIRP is establishing an innovative approach to coordinating specialist assessment and support for children experiencing neuro developmental, attentional and behavioural concerns. Bringing together Child Mental Health, Paediatrics and Child Development services and specialists, CHIRP provides a collaborative approach to assessment, treatment and support.
At the heart of CHIRP is a Tamariki and whānau-centred approach making it easier for families to access the right support at the right time. Your administration and coordination skills will play an important part in helping make this happen.
In this role, you will help keep the pathway running smoothly by coordinating appointments, supporting communication between services and professionals, and ensuring whānau receive clear and timely information. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working across services to create a more connected and responsive experience for Tamariki and their whānau.

About You
You’ll be someone who combines excellent administration and coordination skills with a warm, compassionate and people focused approach.
You’ll enjoy connecting with a wide range of people, including whānau, healthcare professionals and school based professionals, primarily through telephone and technology based communication.
You’ll be confident managing information, coordinating appointments and keeping things organised in a busy and evolving environment.
