About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our administration team within Maternal, Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health (MICAMHS) at Tauranga Hospital.

The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the MICAMHS team. Dealing with clients both face to face and on the phone, handling referrals and our clients documentation are some of the main elements of the position.

This role requires excellent administrative skills including advanced keyboard skills, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to problem solve and think outside the box, adaptability and outstanding self management as the tasks required will be varied throughout the working week. It is an important part of a team who work closely together and with multiple stakeholders across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.

It will also require a high level of flexibility as it will be providing support across the whole MICAMHS team as required.

This is a permanent, 0.6 FTE position working 48 hours per fortnight.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Maternal, Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health (MICAMHS) consists of 2 teams. While the teams are based at separate locations, they work collaboratively, and you may be required to work across both sites.
