The role involves supporting the team with administrative tasks that help maintain smooth and organised daily operations. You’ll assist with managing information, coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and following up on administrative matters while ensuring tasks are handled accurately and within deadlines.
Manage documents, records, and data entry.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare basic reports, forms, presentations, and other business materials.
Follow up on administrative matters with team members.
Support events and other operational requirements.
Experience in professional office operations.
Stronger organisation and time‑management skills.
Exposure to business processes and team coordination.
