Radius Care in New Zealand is seeking a Casual Healthcare Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and work with a supportive team to implement individual care plans. Full training is provided.

Undertaking personal cares, while encouraging residents to make decisions that promote independence
Promptly completing delegated tasks in a timely manner
Responding quickly to resident requests, providing them with useful, relevant information
Maintaining and updating resident healthcare records
Assisting with handover of residents at shift changes
Career progression + assistance with Careerforce and NZQA qualifications
