Radius Care in Tauranga is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care while providing clinical oversight on the floor. You will mentor Registered Nurses, lead by example, and ensure compliance with health standards.

About the role:
As a Clinical Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, resident-focused care. You’ll work hands‑on on the floor, providing direct care and clinical oversight, while also mentoring and coaching other Registered Nurses to grow their skills and confidence.You’lllead by example, support and develop clinical staff, and ensure compliance with health and disability standards. What you'll be doing
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents
Work on the floor to deliver and oversee resident care
Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to nursing and care staff
Ensure best practice care is delivered consistently
Manage risk, quality, and compliance with sector standard
Oversee infection control, wound care, and medication management
Coordinate with GPs, pharmacies, and allied health professionals
Lead audits, care planning, and staff development initiatives

What we're looking for:
Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in New Zealand
Proven experience in aged care or hospital-level care is desirable
Experience with Psychogeriatric residents in desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Computer literacy and familiarity with interRAI assessments
