Job summary

Profile Group in New Zealand is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage supplier invoices, matching to POs/receipts, and handling GST and approvals. The role supports a hybrid work arrangement with two days from home per week.

You will process payments, reconcile statements, and respond to supplier inquiries while ensuring accuracy of payable records and adherence to closing timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience processing supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders/receipts, and handling GST and approvals.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 for accounts payable functions.
• Ability to manage payment deadlines and support month-end/ year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Verify invoice details, amounts, GST, and required approvals.
• Prepare and process supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier payment inquiries.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Manage payment deadlines and cash-flow requirements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
