Job summary

Summerset Holdings is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Administrator for a six-month fixed-term contract. The role involves processing around 1,000 invoices monthly, reconciling accounts, and resolving supplier queries in a busy finance team.

You’ll work five days a week in the office with possible work-from-home options based on performance. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ AP experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Familiar with processing around 1,000 invoices per month.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Clear and professional communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience with TechnologyOne or similar finance systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices and credit notes.
• Complete reconciliations and resolve supplier queries.
• Support the team to meet processing deadlines.
