Job summary

Longbeach Holdings, a New Zealand-based business, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to support the Finance Team in a full-time, office-based role. You will manage creditors, code and process invoices, reconcile statements, and assist with payroll preparation using Datacom.

This hands-on position also covers general office duties. The ideal candidate has solid ERP experience, proficient MS Office skills, accuracy, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Competency with ERP software and systems.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Accurate with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Accounts payable experience to a competent level.
• Experience with payments to overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Match creditor invoices with purchase orders and obtain authorisation.
• Process weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Prepare fortnightly payroll via Datacom for review.
• Order stationery and café supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed by Financial Controller.
