1806 ACCIONA CONSTRUCTION NEW ZEALAND LTD in Auckland is seeking an early-career finance professional to join the Northland Corridor project. Start your career in a global infrastructure leader with mentoring, training support, flexible hours and leave options.

You will process accounts payable, post journals, reconcile supplier accounts, help with budgets and financial reports, and maintain strong vendor relationships while applying controls and responding to finance queries.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Experience in accounts payable, finance admin or bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems.
• Sound knowledge of accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
• Post journals and maintain ledgers within the accounting system
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support preparation of budget submissions and financial reports
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors
• Apply financial controls and compliance requirements consistently
• Respond promptly to internal and external finance queries
