Job summary

1806 ACCIONA CONSTRUCTION NEW ZEALAND LTD in Auckland is hiring a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial and contractual upstream activities for the Northland Corridor project. You will manage contract administration, procurement processes, and risk across the nationwide infrastructure program.

You will work with the Commercial & Finance team, engage with prime contractors and the supply chain, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while delivering value-for-money

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, commerce, construction, engineering or finance.
• Experience managing commercial and contractual functions on major projects.
• Strong grasp of procurement models and contract law.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial & Finance Manager, the Contracts Manager will oversee the commercial and contractual upstream aspects of the Northland Corridor project. This role will manage the implementation and administration of contractual procedures, working closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure obligations and goals are met at both project and company level. You'll engage directly with prime contractors, the supply chain and key stakeholders to protect project outcomes and manage commercial risk across a nationally significant infrastructure build.
