Cabernet Foods Group in Taupiri, Waikato, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to manage supplier invoices, approvals and payments across multiple entities. You'll work closely with the Assistant Accountant and Financial Controller to keep our payables accurate and on time.

This permanent role offers variety, exposure to month-end processes, and the chance to contribute to sound financial controls while supporting warehouse, production and transport teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounts payable or finance administration experience.
• Experience with multiple entities, supplier reconciliations and payment runs.
• Sound understanding of NZ GST, month-end processes and financial controls.
• Proficient with accounting/ERP systems and intermediate Excel.
• Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Keep supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses moving through accurately and on time.
• Ensure invoices have proper approvals, supporting documents and coding.
• Prepare payment runs and keep suppliers informed.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations, reporting and records accuracy.
• Maintain supplier information and financial controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Assist Administration Officer on Wednesdays with orders, invoicing and dispatch paperwork.
