Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the invoicing lifecycle, COS accruals, and billing controls. You will verify documents, post journal entries, and monitor doubtful debts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role involves generating monthly reports on Sales, COS, GP, and supporting financial reporting with analysis of performance. This person will take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing for revenue recognition and ad hoc billing.
• Manage Cost of Sales (COS) accruals.
• Verify billing documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
• Process and post journal entries in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
• Review and verify commission calculations.
• Generate Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), Gross Profit (GP), and monthly reports.
• Analyze Sales, COS, and GP performance to support financial reporting.
• Take on other duties and tasks as assigned by the superior.
