Responsibilities

  • Own balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
  • Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, BS, cashflow) with variance analysis.
  • Deliver three‑way financial modelling and reporting alignment.
  • Manage month‑end processes: journals, accruals, prepayments, intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support GST and PAYE processes and statutory compliance.
  • Assist budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and business.
  • Contribute to system improvements and process efficiencies.

Job Description
About the Role

Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, this is a broad and hands‑on role supporting multiple business units across a multi-entity healthcare environment. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month‑end and year‑end processes, and contributing to continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of variances
  • Preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) with meaningful variance analysis
  • Delivery of three‑way financial modelling and reporting alignment
  • Managing month‑end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Supporting GST and PAYE processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
  • Working closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
  • Contributing to system improvements and process efficiencies
About You

You are a technically strong and commercially aware Accountant who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Key Skills And Experience
  • CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial accounting
  • Strong understanding of month‑end, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Experience in multi‑entity or complex environments (preferred)
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Business Central advantageous)
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capability
  • Ability to communicate financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
