Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development in industrial sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of relationship building.
• Results-driven with financial, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of procurement, value selling, and KPIs; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and engage target customers to generate new business.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Maintain CRM and sales data for forecasting and insights.
• Ensure pricing and service agreements are followed using data-driven decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and improve customer experience and NPS.
• Participate in product trainings and marketing initiatives.
