Job summary

RS Group in Auckland is seeking a Sales Executive II to manage a portfolio of customers, uncover new business, and drive commercial growth. You’ll cultivate strong relationships and position RS as the trusted supplier of choice in your territory.

The role focuses on growing existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions while maintaining accurate CRM data and pricing compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development.
• Proven track record in industrial field sales (Industry/MRO/Electronics).
• Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and engage target customers to generate new business.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales data for forecasting.
• Ensure pricing and service agreement compliance.
• Resolve customer issues and improve NPS.
• Participate in product trainings and marketing initiatives.
• Uphold RS standards across processes.
