Job summary

Quinn Recruitment presents an opportunity for an experienced Accident and Health Travel Claims Manager in Auckland. You will lead the delivery of high-quality claims services, drive continuous improvement, and oversee product launches while coordinating with offshore teams and multiple stakeholders.

You will bring solid A&H and complex claims expertise, plus proven leadership to coach and develop your team within a dynamic, global insurer environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Accident and Health and complex claims expertise.
• Experience leading and developing a claims team.
• Strong knowledge of NZ legal and regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality Accident and Health travel claims services.
• Coach, develop and motivate the claims team locally and offshore.
• Manage complex claims and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
• Oversee the launch of new Accident and Health products and liaise with vendors, underwriting and broker partners.
