Job summary

Quinn Recruitment in Auckland is seeking an experienced inbound travel reservations leader to oversee a fast-paced Reservations Team and drive daily operations. You will mentor staff and ensure exceptional customer service across NZ, AU, and US markets.

You’ll coach, manage bookings, amendments, cancellations, and quotes, build strong supplier relationships, and lead process improvements. Inbound/FIT experience and Tourplan/Tourwriter knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Inbound or FIT travel industry experience.
• Experience using TourPlan or Tourwriter is a bonus.
• Knowledge of New Zealand travel products and markets (EU/US)

They are seeking an experienced Team Leader, in their FIT Reservations team to oversee the day-to-day operations of their reservations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a travel professional with strong FIT consulting experience who enjoys leading people, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lead and support the reservations team and overseeing daily operations
