• Significant experience in a similar management role, leading a team, implementing strategies and driving operational planning.
• Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated skills in team building, change management and collaborative working.
• Confidence in financial acumen, reporting and providing insights.
• Experience serving a diverse student population with a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
