The University of Auckland, a premier NZ university, seeks an experienced Academic Services Manager to lead the Faculty of Science’s administrative operations. You will manage curriculum processes, student support, compliance, and strategic development, working with Admissions, Student Engagement, Timetabling and Enrolment to ensure holistic student service.

You will report to the Director of Faculty Operations and lead a diverse team with a proactive, results‑oriented approach.

Competenze

• Significant experience in a similar management role, leading a team, implementing strategies and driving operational performance.
• Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders across faculties, admissions, timetabling and student services.
• Strong financial acumen, reporting skills and ability to provide insights for strategy.
