Wolt for Work is a rapidly-growing B2B business at Wolt, aiming to become the premium employee benefits platform across Norway and the Nordics. We leverage Wolt's delivery network and partner ecosystem to enhance employee happiness, foster team camaraderie, and streamline office events.

We are collaborating with top professional service and tech companies in Norway and seek a proactive Enterprise Sales Manager to expand our growth in the region.

In this role, you will develop and manage Wolt for Work's corporate enterprise partnerships within Norway and the Nordics, focusing on acquiring new clients through strategic sales efforts and marketing initiatives. Your entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen will drive new growth opportunities, with responsibilities expanding as we grow.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing the entire sales acquisition process from start to finish.
  • Identifying prospective companies and building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Addressing client needs and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions.
  • Analyzing data to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Working with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnering with Marketing for event participation and lead generation.
  • Collaborating with Nordic teams to close regional deals.
