Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Wound Care LPN for our Atlanta community. This part-time position covers every other weekend, offering flexible hours and a compassionate work environment.

As a Georgia non-profit, we value a culture of compassion, inclusion, empowerment, family-oriented care, and innovation. You will provide high-quality wound care, coordinate with CNAs, and document care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia LPN license.
• At least 1 year of wound care nursing experience.
• Wound Care nurse certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with LPN and CNA care partners.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to develop meaningful relationships with elders and families.

Wound Care Nurse ( LPN ) Care Partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia LPN License
• 1 year experience as Wound Care nurse required
• Wound Care nurse certification preferred
• Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Superb Wound Care nurse documentation skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
